Even though the wrong part came (no fault of yours) they rang to see if I was happy with my purchase, when informed it was the wrong part & I finely got a part number, they Immediatly checked their stock for the correct part.None in stock so kindly arranged for the part to be picked up & returned at no exspence to me. Received 5 different quotes through 247 and was able to get the correct part within a couple of days from A1 All Cars who were friendly and helpful. One other supplier was less so. I could not see how to stop the process once I had started it other than to ring 247 on a premium number and I was a bit confused as to whether I would be charged for text messages but I don't think I have been. I would certainly use 247 again if I need to.
