Very good response, but a pity the totals column doesn't show gull details. I.e. 125.00 + 25.00 does not come to 180.00. But when told there was also vat to add on, that was explained. Would be better if it was itemised.

This was the first time I had used 247. The response to my request from a good number (7or8) of suppliers was very rapid by phone and email (within minutes). It took me rather by surprise and in retrospect I would have been better to wait 10 minutes and compare the quotes, as I decided to select a telephone quote for what I thought was a very good price only to find it was bettered by an email quote. If I use 247 again I will be more circumspect and wait for all the quotes. Anyway the selected supplier was very helpful and knowledgeable and the item arrived on the next working day as stated. So overall a really good service.
