I was quoted a price of £48 for the part which included VAT and delivery. When the part arrived I was charged £50 according to the invoice. I'm not going to quibble over £2. the part was servicable and worked well when fitted to the car. I think the price was very fair compared to a reconditioned/ new unit.

Your agents also appear very professional, in the main, their telephone and telephone messages could be improved. I sometimes find them to be very difficult to understand.
