I submitted my car's registration, and the items I was seeking. I received numerous responses, mainly for pre-used items, but with a couple of new items (aftermarket) listed. My car was registered in 1998, and was sitting in a garage workshop, which had been unable to locate a new unit (aftermarket or otherwise). I was able to pass on the details to them, of a new aftermarket item (with a 1 year warranty), designed for my specific car model. The garage cross checked the details and, on receiving confirmation, promptly ordered the correct part from the supplier. Item received the following day. Well pleased.

This is a very good system to find spares, much like the price comparison sites which are around for other products . You can receive prices from several sources then decide which supplier you want to use . It saves wasting time and effort looking at loads of different sites which may not have what you want, but, this way you get contacted by people with the parts you want in stock.

I bought new suspension all round and cannot fault the communication,variety of suppliers from around the country and the ease of use. I would definitely use this site again. Jap parts were very professional and efficient. The parts i received were very good condition with low miles on them . I would of paid 3 times the price for new !!!!. I whole heartedly recommend this site and especially Jap parts.
