City Link left the wheel in the Porch. We were at home at the time. It would have been difficult to inspect the product as it came wrapped in plastic and "getting in" to it took some time. I suspect that is the reason why it was left without us being informed. That said the whole system was very quick. Under 24hours from start to finish.

part ordered arrived within a couple of days, but due to my mistake was the wrong item. It was explained to me where I had gone wrong, and I have now returned the wrong item and will await the arrival of the correct one.

I received a phone call within 10 minutes of making my parts request, I accepted the part on offer and received it 2 days later, the delivering courier commented that he had never seen a package so well wrapped and presented, Upon opening the part required ( a Front Bumper, very Large and cumbersome), it was in excellent condition as indicated on the phone with all brackets etc in very good condition. Very Impressed indeed
