As it turned out I did not make a purchase on this occasion (though I have bought from you before.) There were three different types of headlight and I did not know which one I needed so I had to leave it to my garage to sort out and they were able to repair what I already had. I was phoned by several firms which was a bit of a surprise. It has all happened by email before. They were all helpful apart from one person from Jap parts (who I have also bought from before) who not only quoted me four times the price that anyone else quoted but then proceeded to run down all the other firms who had phoned saying they do not know what they are talking about and they only want my credit card details. I was not likely to buy from him!

I am presently awaiting delivery of an important spare. So far several suppliers have come forward with offers, which is very good, and I have accepted one of the offers. It remains to be demonstrated that the ordered part is correct and fulfills my need but I am optimistic.
