This is an excellent site for solving spares issues rapidly and effectively. The inquiry section is cleverly laid out so that I experienced no problems in explaining what I needed for what had seemed a tricky problem. The method of alerting suppliers to what is need works superbly well, and I had my problem solved in ten minutes via the telephone, with lots of offers following on the web.

A good service. I had five offers by next day, one of which I took up and the parts were delivered exactly as the garage said. Only the garages themselves let the side down by not replying, and I had to call them back. All were helpful though. I would use this service again.
