Very efficient network of dealers coming up with what I wanted within an hour of posting my request. Price however varies considerably from dealer to dealer, but that's not 247 Spares fault! Just need to make my mind up on which dealer's offer to accept.

Made the request,received quotes within 24 hours over the weekend. Chose the supplier, phoned up and spoke to a very helpful guy who took payment and informed me that the part should arrive normally the next day but as I live in the far north of Scotland delivery could be within 2 to 3 days.That was on Monday morning, it is now Tuesday and I am waiting to see if the part arrives today.Carriage was reasonable and I am quite happy with the service thus far.

Excellent service and price from 247 Spares - lots of well priced options. I normally get my replacement parts new from Vauxhall but my poor old car is now not worth much and the price of a new alternator plus fitting was only about £200 less than the car was worth. I had an alternator from 247 Spares, fitted by my very friendly garage for about £400 less!! No problem with replacement alternator, thoroughly recommend 247 Spares!
